2. Quotations and Payments
1. All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule in the contract.
3. Additional work not included in the original quote will be charged separately.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information regarding the property and project requirements.
• Securing all necessary approvals, permissions, and consents unless otherwise agreed.
• Ensuring access to the property for inspections, construction, and delivery.

4. Changes and Variations
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for variations requested after the project has commenced.

5. Warranties and Liability

3. Our liability for any claim relating to services provided is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, drawings, and documentation produced by Precision Construct Marbella remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of the project.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for all work completed and any associated costs up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from services provided by Precision Construct Marbella shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella.
